You are agreeing to these t&c’s when you book an appointment with Nee’s Aesthetics':
- You must be over 18 years old to have any injectable or microneedling treatments. Do not proceed if this is not the case. We operate ‘challenge 21’ so you may be asked to show valid photo ID.
A non-refundable booking fee of £30 is required to secure an appointment. This will be deducted from the price of the treatment on the day for you to pay the remaining balance. - The cost of a consultation is £30. If you decide to go ahead with a treatment this will be deducted from the price.
- Please note for any anti-wrinkle procedures a medical consultation is required by law as Botulinum Toxin is a prescription only drug.
- You can modify your appointment date and time ONCE with more than 48 hours notice as long as the appointment is rescheduled within a 4 week period.
- If you modify your appointment date and time more than once, you will be required to pay an additional booking fee of £30 to secure a new appointment slot.
- If you cancel your appointment the booking fee remains non refundable.
- If you cancel or re-arrange your appointment with less than 48 hours notice or do not attend, you will be invoiced for the full cost of your treatment. If you re-book, you will then be required to pay 50% of your treatment cost up front to secure a future appointment.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment then you may lose your booking slot due to insufficient treatment time and will lose your £30 booking fee. This appointment can be rescheduled or you will incur the full cost of the original treatment booked. Please ensure that you have sufficient time to get here when travelling and plan ahead due to roadworks, motorway closures and parking.
